2nd Year of Medical School

Have you ever noticed that it always rains on the one day you have off. The weather has been perfect for weeks but I've been studying. So of course the day after the test it is raining. Anyway, I've decided to start posting some of the study guides I've generated over the past two years. Some of them are riddled with spelling errors but most should be factually correct. Hopefully this will help the Step 1 studying.
